“The bed had an uneven mattress, with unfitted sheets and the spring box mattress was metallic all around, so it was very noisy. The hotel needs an overall upgrade. The checking area was cluttered and disorganized. I wouldn’t stay again or at least for no more than 1 night.”

“The room wasn't clean, mold in the shower and sink, food left in the fridge and used soap open on the sink. The floors were dirty when we got there and not cleaned once during our stay over several days. we asked for more towels bc we stayed several days and they never brought them and took our old ones after the first day. The exit signs at the bottom of the stairwell was broken. They didn't have any signs saying when thing opened or closed. They didn't leave an ice bucket so we used cups. They……
