“The cafe next door was wonderful. The ATM was not much beyond the cafe. The lead person at the guest house was a generously helpful person.”

“Very disappointing experience. The hotel was nothing like the pictures or description. It was located down a dark, narrow alley that felt unsafe. The entrance was poorly maintained, and the reception area looked more like a warehouse than a hotel. The room was dirty, with stained sheets, bad smell, and overall felt extremely uncomfortable. I was so dissatisfied that I didn’t stay the night—I left immediately and booked another hotel, which you can verify through Hotels.com. Definitely not……

“Bad cleaning in the room and bathroom, totally unheigenic and diagusting. They lack professional house keeping staff and only focus on making money. Toilet seats were not cleaned, dustbins not epmtied, linen not changed after used by previous guest. I found each and every corner of the room uncleaned. In fact hotel reception rugs were not cleaned from ages. To the owners- What is the point of running a hotel business if you cant manage it and provide value for money? This is disgusting and it……

“We stayed 3 nights at the New Hindustan by Backpackers Heaven the price is right and the service is really nice. The best thing was to met Jahn who helped us plan our trip through India. He made really good suggestions and showed us what is possible. Without him we wouldn‘t experience India completly. Just for him, his positivity and his effort to give us the full experience of India I would stay there again. No regrets to choose this place at all”
