“Very clean place, comfortable beds, and breakfast was good.”

“I don’t usually leave reviews but I needed to on this one because so many reviews are negative for this little motel! Please keep in mind that it’s a MOTEL! If you are expecting a swanky hotel, move on. This is a clean, affordable and convenient motel along the 127 yardsale route! The staff is super friendly and helpful. The area is safe and convenient. The rooms are clean, beds are comfy, and there are lots of close dining option. I have zero complaints to list! ”

“We LOVE our rooms- they’re huge and we appreciate the microwave and fridge. Very pretty too. If we were staying more than one night we would be disappointed that the pool isn’t available. We should never see a pool advertised if it’s not truly in use. But I noticed we are only an hour and a half away from Neyland Stadium and since one of my children loves 20 minutes from here, we will most likely return. Good location and great price! The front desk clerk had been very very kind and and helpful……

“The property was pet-friendly, and even had some toys for the dogs to play with. It was very neat and well laid out for the size, which made it very comfortable. We did use the grill once, which was a nice option. It could use another chair on the back deck, but I understand space is limited. I tried contacting the host directly to confirm a couple of things, but we were able to figure out what we needed to get in and situated. It was off the main path, but not too far, which we enjoyed.
