“We had a great stay. The only downfall to our stay was that the elevators were down and we had to do stairs which was very hard on us handicapped individuals. However, we were made aware of this before our stay and the staff was wonderful and they helped us by taking our things and sitting them by our room. Very much appreciated. Everything else was great. Thank you to the entire staff for making our stay enjoyable. Staff exceeds expectations! ❤️”

“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. Staff service and……

“It was 11 o'clock in the evening, and someone on the 4th floor was constantly making loud noises and stomping on the floor, I live in 3 floor, I try to sleep, but it is hard because it is loud. I called the service desk twice, but the problem was not solved well. The most basic thing a good hotel should provide customers with a good rest. I have stayed here at least five times and was very disappointed this time.”
