“The help desk was extremely helpful. I had trouble with the previous booking (the hostel was closed down) yet hotels.com still allowed the booking to happen. The reception helped me find the relevant telephone to contact.

“Staff were friendly and helpful! There was a barrier language but with their actions, you can tell that they are willing to assist you in ways. Clean and orderly property. The room was spacious and quite modern. The only minor inconvenience is the confusing hallway and lack of elevator. Other than that, it was a great 4-day stay.”

“Hotel was in a great location. Close to all attractions and events. Close to tourist areas and shopping. Lots of restaurants near by. The only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was that it was such an inconvenience for cars to enter and exit the hotel. Staffs were somewhat friendly but lack English. It was hard to communicate with one another even with translators. ”

“Everything is excellent. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is a combination of Western and Chinese styles and tastes so good. The room is spacious and clean. The metro station is a bit far away from hotel (walk for around 10 minutes) but taking taxi to your destination is easy (use app or raise hand on the street). A new apartment community is 1 block away with a supermarket (ALDI) and some restaurants which is very convenient.”
