"とても親切！ 言葉が通じにくいこともありましたが心が通じました。 タバコの匂いが残念！ "

"Clean room, staff was very friendly! Great location to Enoshima Station and the island. "

"Perfect if you want an old-fashioned, really traditional Japanese inn experience. Shared public bath, views of the lake, futon bedding in tatami rooms (sit on the floor), breakfast is hot rice with a raw egg or ochazuke… it’s hard to find places like that anymore. And the bus to wherever you want to go stops either at the hotel or across the street."

"Beautiful place with large room. Excellent dinners."

"Laid back and easy stay. Decent location if staying outside Hakone. Onsen was quite basic"

"This was an apartment, not a hotel. Had trouble finding the entrance. The room was large, had two beds. It was clean. It was an excellent location to visit the island."

"The rooms were clean and wonderful. The owner was very kind and the breakfast was amazing! I truly look forward to staying here again my next time in Japan!"

"quiet, nice area, close to station"

"A hostel provides family styles stay."

"Loved this place! Super cute, amazing location, very clean, super nice staff, and literally the best matcha I had in Japan!!"

"Great hotel"

"The place was really beautiful and very relaxing. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Even though you do have to walk to the station, it is close by."
