「First of all, we were given our room key- when we got to the room we opened the door, and the bed was all unmade and messed up. Then we looked around and someone's stuff was everywhere. This was about 10:00pm. Luckily no one was in the room, but we could have easily walked off with all of their valuables. She had told us the wrong room and given us the key for that room. 「The shower head had more water coming from the connection on top than the actual head and the bathroom counter has a big crack in it.
We were also only given bottled water for the first day when we checked in and were there for 3 days.」
