“Great home and location! Each family had their own bathroom which was a nice win with them. The home was clean, comfortable, and pretty. The beds were very comfortable! We enjoyed having beach chairs, bikes, and the golf cart. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation!”

“The location is perfect - just a short walk to the beach and close to many restaurants. The house is in a small neighborhood that is very private and quiet. The house is nicely decorated and has a new sofa and new flooring. The listing and pictures are accurate. I have stayed in several houses along the gulf coast and this is one of my favorites. I highly recommend this place and would stay again.”

“My family consisted of 9, including 2 small kids, 2 teens, and 5 adults. There was plenty of room (more than enough actually) for all of us to spread out and be comfy. The house was stocked very well with all essential items and then some. We didn’t need to utilize any of the beach items, as we brought our own, but LOVED having the outdoor shower to clean off after beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful, overall. Minor complaint with access to gym area - could not get in until after……

“The townhouse itself was dirty. There were several items in the house that didn’t work. It was very sad that I paid so much money for a place that I had to clean myself. Also, my daughter has mobility issues, and the advertisement for the townhouse said “steps to the beach” - this was misleading as the beach access was up the street, across another street, and then down to the beach.They “steps to the beach” statement was one of the main reasons that we chose this particular location.Despite……

“This is a perfect house for a family. You get three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a good sized pool. The A/C kept up and kept us cool during our June trip. Walk to coffee shop, mall, grocery and beach. Perfect location! The host was fantastic with communication!”

“Pictures as shown. Place was very well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels and a great starter of coffee and tea. Loved the 1st floor location and right outside the pool. Overall location is perfect. Easy walk across the street to the beach (had great sand chairs and umbrella to borrow) and restaurants nearby. Highly recommend!”
