“We stayed 2 nights, the condo was comfortable and as described in the listing. The proximity to the beach was amazing and there were plenty of options for food, groceries and entertainment nearby. The check in process was smooth and the hosts were great communicators! Would book again for future visits!”

“My family consisted of 9, including 2 small kids, 2 teens, and 5 adults. There was plenty of room (more than enough actually) for all of us to spread out and be comfy. The house was stocked very well with all essential items and then some. We didn’t need to utilize any of the beach items, as we brought our own, but LOVED having the outdoor shower to clean off after beach. The owners were very responsive and helpful, overall. Minor complaint with access to gym area - could not get in until after……

“Very good location, enjoyed sitting on upper level porch. We would recommend to others.We did have an issue with the upstairs cooling unit. However, Shane resolved it quickly the next morning after our arrival.Beach access was straight forward and convenient. Steps to the beach are not bad. A little challenging for the elder who is mobility impaired, but otherwise great.”

“Everything was amazing. We had a question while we were there and it was answered right away. The house was very clean. It was perfect for our group. The pool was amazing. We spent a lot of time out there. Short walk to the beach. Loved having multiple refrigerators and the ice machine was an awesome bonus! ”

“Only one problem with this house there was nothing in the kitchen as far as pepper, salt or oil. Anything that you’d normally see in the Vrbo. Paper products were also a little low on supply, and ended up having to buy extra. The location and the house itself were excellent. ”

“Overall, this property was amazing. The renovations were top-notch. We stayed with the family of 14 and there was plenty of room for sleeping. We loved the bunk bedroom had so much space and big beds. The property was well stocked had a lot of extras like lawn chairs and beach toys and towels! Stan was very informative and just the best host to communicate with! we rate this a five star 10/10 and we will probably book again in the future. It’s a gorgeous part of the beach. There is chair service……

“We recently stayed at the Seaspray and it was everything we expected and more! The house is absolutely perfect and we were able to accommodate 5 families without feeling on top of each other. The location is beyond perfect! We were walking distance to the beach, a quick golf cart ride to anything we needed or a short uber ride to the harbor area. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. We traveled with 10 adults and 16 kids (ranging from 11yo-16yo) and not once did anyone complain or say they……

“Overall, the place was great. There were a few minor issues that I addressed with the property managers at the end of the stay, but did not affect us while we were there. The pool was bigger than the pictures, and that was pretty much where we stayed the entire week. ”
