"Responsive to issues regarding refrigerator/freezer"

"Very old condo, bathrooms are not updated at all - floors coming up, old 70’s lighting, no AC - luckily it was so windy there was more than a breeze. The loft upstairs has carpet and stayed wet due to the climate and is very moldy. You can see the mold and dirt on the steps of the stairs. Refrigerator leaks inside. No water from the fridge. The ice machine works but leaks so you don’t have a full tray of ice. Kitchen is not updated. No beach chairs, snorkel gear, or sand toys. Was not happy with...

"Stayed here over the holidays with my kids and very much enjoyed it. The condo is beautifully updated and was fully stocked with anything we could need (beach items & kitchen items and some extras) we played 18 holes of mini golf on the roof every night which was fun. Right across the street from the BeachHouse restaurant and a quick drive to any shopping and beaches. Definitely would stay here again. "

"Host was excellent. The bathrooms were so stuffy- no airflow. The unit was very dated. Nice kitchen upgrade, though. The location right next to the garbage was gross. For most of our stay, walking past the garbage to get into the unit was miserable. "

"We greatly enjoyed our stay here. This ground floor unit was super close to both the pool & the beach, & our kids enjoyed playing on the grass. The kitchen was well stocked & the bedrooms & both baths were spacious. Would def stay here again."

"Perfect house and location for a relaxing vacation on the beautiful island of Hawai‘i. We enjoyed to have three sleeping rooms and two bathrooms. The highlight was to sit outside on the lanai even when it was raining. We can recommend this house by 100%."
