“Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Addressed all questions and concerns, breakfast was delicious and plentiful. Coffee was great. Would return again,as needed. Also hospital shuttle was greatly appreciated.👍🙂”

“This was our first time at this property and it will be our last. Upon check in, we were assigned a room and when we got to our room and used the keycard to open it, it was already occupied by other people. We went back to front desk and they were not very apologetic and did not offer any compensation for the major mistake, just put us in a different room. The then next day we got back to our room after being out all day, and our room keys didn’t work. So we had to go all the way from the third……

“Overall the stay was good. It is not the nicest hotel by any means, but we do prefer this to the others in Marshall. The only real downfall to our stay was the tub had a huge crack in it and I didn't feel real safe using it.”
