“Parking area was dirty. Surprised by the trash. Nice area; I don’t understand why the parking area is not cleaned.”

“The property was beautiful Only one person on front desk No coffee in lobby or a snack shop No restaurant Very nice room but Bed was very uncomfortable No chairs set up on beach. Had to carry the chairs and umbrella that were on the balcony If you wanted to go to beach. ……

“I’ve stayed twice at this location, both were quick overnight stops. The staff was proactive and had me checked in when I got there. I was given all the instructions I needed to get into the room. It was clean, recently remodeled, the comfortable bed was comfortable, and shower was hot. The price was competitive and I’ll be staying there anytime I get down to Marco Island. If you’re looking for full service, this is not it, but if you’re looking for clean and comfortable, this is your stay.”

“Conty’s is like a blast from the past. If you think of how a hotel in Florida would have looked in the 70s this is it. Property was in decent shape on the outside the inside of the rooms could use a renovation but at the end of the day it was a clean spot to lay our heads for the night and for the price there is nothing we could complain about”
