"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Snowhouse is located close to Ishiuchi ski area and rental shops. "

"Special experience - close to nature and yet very modern facilities and impressive architecture. Would recommend coming in the snowy season"

"Great stay with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again!"

"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. "The location of this hotel allows you to go site seeing in Tsubame Sanjo very conveniently."

"Even though I arrived at the incorrect location, they welcomed me and offered to allow me to stay there anyways"

"The person that ran the inn was one of the nicest people I have met in my life, didn’t speak much English but she was very sweet"

"Spotless room, great staff!"

"Nice and clean place with super friendly staff. Definitely will go back there again."
