It is literally right next door to the dental school. ”

“Health & safety hazard – avoid Fort Beach Residence is completely unacceptable and poses a serious health and safety risk. On arrival, no basic amenities were provided (no toilet paper, towels, soap, or drinking water). Communication with staff was extremely difficult despite English being advertised. The room was filthy: dirty and stained bed linen and towels (I had to use my own), dust everywhere, ants on the walls, and a bathroom that clearly hadn’t been cleaned for a long time—dirt visibly……

“Staff was very supportive. But the room was not having any ameneties like AC, hotwater etc. When enquired they told its the issue with Expedia. The room was not clean. Felt very uncomfortable. Will never opt for this facility again.”
