She went out of her way to make us feel warm and welcome, and by doing that she secured us as annual customers and guess because this will definitely be your annual getaway for that Christmas Eve feel at this hotel is the best pic in all of Lake Placid with beautiful views, clean rooms and a wonderful staff.”

“Super easy Check in and check out - super friendly staff - communication excellent during a maintenance issue that did not involve or impact our stay. “Very clean and cozy place! It's a self check-in, but everything is straightforward and the owners are reachable if you have any questions. The bathroom is shared and you may hear everything that's happening beyond your room, but we had a very nice and thoughtful neighbors. After a 10hrs hike this place had everything we needed, and the views in the morning were absolutely stunning! Definitely want to come back for a few days with the family.”
