“Chambre propre,repas au restaurant impeccables. Petit manque d’organisation au petit dej, pain manquant, compote qui avait tourné. Petit bémol concernant le spa : manque de dalles au plafond, propreté douteuse. Plein d’enfants chahutants et sans surveillance dans le bassin normalement interdit aux moins de 16 ans, nous avons retrouvé les mêmes qui prenaient les couloirs pour une aire de jeu. Séjour tout de même agréable et personnel sympathique, bar au top. ”

“It took us a few winding roads to get to Hotel Helianthe, but it was well worth it. The staff were so friendly and accommodating! The rooms, while not huge, accompanied a nice sized bathroom. All accommodations were very clean. The Hotel was walkable to the many sites of Lourdes. The breakfast in the morning had many options at their self serve buffet. I would highly recommend Hotel Helianthe and their staff!!”

“The owner provided outstanding service for us. We were unable to use our US credit cards at the gas station and he offered to drive with us to a station and use his card and we paid him for the gas. Don’t be put off by the fact that reception for check in closes at 9; the automated kiosk was very easy to use. The rooms and breakfast are basic but fine for an overnight stop. ”

“I would highly recommend Hotel St. Rose, Lourdes. Excellent staff who made me feel very welcome and upgraded me to a beautifully decorated room with a balcony. Valerie in particular was just wonderful. The hotel is a 2 minute walk to the Sanctuary. You can be sure of a warm welcome at the St. Rose 🌹 ”
