“So im.not giving poor reviews on the place itself and hopefully can go another time. I booked a 2 night stay and purchased travel care plan just in case. Well I never knew I would need it but I did. I was supposed to go June 13th and ended up in the emergency vets with my pet of 14 years and she ended up passing away and I called the property to get my refund after purchasing my travel plan. They told me it wasn't up to them so I had to call Expedia. Then they talked to them and they offered……

“We came in the off season and the place was empty. We were the only guests the entire weekend. The bar and restaurant were not open and there was no staff on site. As such there was no continental breakfast as listed. It was quiet at night and heard birds singing in the morning which was nice. The room was relatively comfortable and warm but there was a good amount of dust under the furniture. The bed was thin but firm and comfortable but there were only two thin pillows for two guests. “It is more like someone’s timeshare apartment than a resort. Online check in, use mobile phone to communicate. Be aware! You need to take out your own trash and NO housekeeping services. They make you sign an agreement online before arrival, if you fail to comply their rules, you will be charged. Entire resort only us, then they stick another new check in next to our townhouse. And the porch is connected. In another word we had to share the porch with other strangers while the rest of……
