“We traveeled from OKC, OK to go to Sarah McLachlan concert at Starlight Theatre. After reading many reviews on about 15 hotels, this was the most inexpensive with good reviews for the most part. Check is was quick since we reserved online and only had to go in for making payment and obtain room keys. When we got to the building to go to the elevator we were instantly hit by a tad bit of scent mix of pool water/bleach and Marijuana. Once we got to the 3rd floor to go to our room it was……

“The check-in experience is not very good, the hygiene is terrible.After checking out, I found that my card had been deducted twice inexplicably, for two accommodation fees, two parking fees, and two pet accommodation fees. I hope the hotel can give a reasonable explanation.”

“Hotel facilities were ok and moderate, I know what I paid for for an IHG group hotel. But the problem is front dest staff are very rude and reluctant to assisit. We arrive very late for late check-in but when requested to keep luggages in reception for next day morning pick up (as we are leaving/check-out in early morning, there's no meaning for us to bring a lot of luggages into our room at that late), But staff are not helping, and directly very harsh and reject us, also very in-polite. This……

“Drury Inn is an excellent place to stay. All their properties are well maintained and are staffed with friendly personell. Breakfast is fantastic and the Happy Hour Kick Back is phenomenal! The rooms are comfortable and spacious and the amenities are extensive! Whenever we come to the Midwest we stay at Drury Inns. This one was wonderful! ”

“I don’t love the bedroom decor - feels like living in a box and the AC controller operate strangely; if you switch to high tempt it switch to heat automatically even though on a cold mode. Anywho, I could sleep well that night. Other than that, the location was awesome - surrounded by fine dining restaurant's and the front desk staff was very accommodating. I’d recommend staying at this location just for that alone. ”
