“Beautiful hotel and property with excellent customer service except for my checkout experience. Lisa at the front desk was very rude and condescending to me and needs to be reminded by management on what good customer service means.”

“The attached photos accurately depict this rustic property. Unique, yet comfortable, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. I had an issue where the Keurig was broken. The owner brought me a new one the next day. One thing that isn't necessarily evident in the photos is that the stairs to the bedrooms in the loft are very steep. There is a sturdy handrail and other places to hold on, but if anyone in your party has difficulty with stairs, this isn't the property for you. The main floor is also the……

“Parking and entrance not lit, trash in refrigerator, volume didn’t work on tv, had to bring in patio furniture to have a place to sit comfortably, not enough outlets around the beds, and needed to ask for Wi-Fi password. Clean, nice shower, well stocked with towels and coffee, good location, host was responsive, nice pool and games area”

“The guest house is beautiful and well maintained. The bed didn't suit us and combined with squeaking floors (as in many older homes) kept us from having restful sleep, but otherwise well appointed. It was a fair distance from the Horicon Marsh natural area, and we prefer a closer place to stay.”
