「there s very less facilities in the hotel. only one soap for both washing hair and body.always less toilet papers. Besides,some staff were not nice,bad attitude !」

「The Balisani is a lovely hotel our room was fantastic, nice and spacious. Would be great if they had a coffee machine and barista. this was a downfall for us as we would have to walk down to beach or up to main street. Would have been great to have at breakfast or afternoon tea. It is a pleasant walk to main street, and to find other restaurants around and also for shopping. Hotel was great Seminyak just not for me, too busy」

「When we booked this room, we had the choice between a double or a twin room. On arriving, we were advised that the room choice we chose only comes in twin (despite the website giving us an option for double). We had to pay to upgrade- which the hotel offered at a discount rate. Despite this initial issue, our stay was perfect. The hotel was quiet and secluded- away from the busy hustle and bustle of the main streets. It was a close walk to all amenities such as food, supermarket, fruit/veg and...
