“Was told there would be a shuttle services but was not available when i needed it. Only one trash can in the room. Not one in the bathroom Did not like the hold deposit of $250 on my credit card Will never stay at your hotel again. And would not recommend it”

“My room was antiquated and needed work. The shower had rust stains in it (it was gross), the sink was cracked in several places, and there was a small tear in the fitted bedsheet near the pillows. The lobby was cramped and small, the floors were well-used. It’s too bad because the location was great. However, I wish I had booked at another hotel in the area instead. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.”

“Very nice place. To stay very clean.. only complaint is the continental breakfast was weak for example only apple juice weak on buns etc. ”

“Several people reusing plates at breakfast and tip jars everywhere. Room bathrooms need updating. Dingy bath towels and sheets.”

“I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels up and down Route 30 in PA and this was my least favorite so far. After checking out and going to my car, there was an employee dumping a large tub of something from the side door that went over the parking lot. It was the grease from breakfast! There was no way around it and it was slippery and the dog also had to walk in it. Absolutely disgusting, unsafe, and unprofessional. While pet friendly and there is an elevator, there is only one small area out back……
