「Make sure you read the service fees when you check out. We purchased the suite which was basically two room with an opening to one another. Very cheap furniture. The desk was broken. The couch was uncomfortable and sunken in. Both TVs were only 37" and from across the room were tiny. There is no coffee maker in this room. 「Shadow Mountain Lodge is a nice quiet place to stay and we’ve stayed here in the past but it has changed, there is no more face to face interaction with any staff, all check in and check out is done by phone. There is no more hot tub, it has been filled in and is now a sitting area. 「The room was really nice. Only things that might need updating is the washer and dryer i had to do 3 cycles on the dryer ended up air drying clothes outside. They both didnt work as efficiently, and were super loud and shaky. Also the master bed need to be changed, the bed was thing and lopsided. Other than that, would definitely stay again.」

「It was clean and remodeled in a safe location. It is across from a previously flooded area that is not cleaned up yet but that wasn’t too bad. Check in time was later as there was a change in owner. It was easy to find.」
