“We booked there and breakfast was included. Then the staff said that breakfast was not included when booking through a third party. Also, the curtains in the room could not be closed, so we could not sleep at noon because it was too bright. In addition, the water in the bathtub did not flow. The next day when we checked out, we asked the counter staff if the two bottles of water were free. He said it was not free and one bottle cost $3. “Great place to stay. they are undergoing a refresh and renovation that will be done at the end of March. But is very isolated from the guests. Did Not experience any Noise or mess very well done.”

“This place is every couples dream date night! Janelle and staff at the front desk are on point. If you need anything they are there to help. The rooms are always perfect and clean. Parking is always close and convenient. The three restaurants (West+Main, Ovest Via and Doug’s Diner) are something to remember. My wife and I enjoy a date night once a month here. You can stay close and enjoy the amenities or walk a few blocks and land on Main Street for a whole other great experience. I really……

“Had a great five night stay here. Quick and courteous check in, and I was very pleased to get a top floor room. No one above me, and no thumping or slamming doors. Room was large, comfortable and quiet.”

“The room was nice and clean the stuff for courteous and some were very nice breakfast though that needs some work they were short staffed the pancake maker kept clogging up and there were always running out of something and then I got stale milk which made me sick and the pool smelled like dirty feet but it was really nice the hot tub was the right temperature nice and hot and the pool was nice and warm”
