The hotel is very clean and quiet. The location could not be better! It was walkable and convenient to everything you would want or need. The owner was very kind and helpful. He truly cares about his guests.

The rooms are very small, but clean. Parking in front of the hotel is limited. The staff was kind and helpful. The rollaway beds desperately need an upgrade. Overall a good stay in Aspen.

The hotel room was very clean but small the staff was great and helpful. My only comment was the listing offered free parking which was true but they had only 4 spaces for 18 rooms, just be aware you will have to park on the street and they will give you a permit for parking so you won't get a ticket.

Concierge who checked us in (Dave?) was great! Super friendly and gave us very helpful tips on what to see and do in Aspen. Room was clean and quiet. Bed was extremely comfortable. Highly recommend.

I got the standard room , which was in the first floor (basement with a window ) . The rooms are relatively small , but they have everything you need . Room was clean . Staff friendly . Breakfast was a continental breakfast .

This is a great hotel at a great location. Once we parked, we didn't have to drive anywhere. We mainly stain downtown and everything was walking distance.
