“The room was very clean. I didnt see one mosquito or bug in my room and the room was just steps to the beach. Staff was very attentive. Bay Bistro is right there if you get hungry. They have great breakfast. One other thing I loved is they had aloe plants in the garden and on the balconies. Extremely thoughtful and useful. The only thing i could criticize is maybe the pool. Although staff took care of the pool every day it wasn't very appealing but the beach is steps away. ”

“When we arrived the beach chairs and umbrellas were not there. The ironing board was broken, so was the iron and the hair dryer. The first day we were instructed to go to Grace bay beach, pay to rent chairs and umbrella and we would be reimbursed. When we arrived back to our condo, not only were we reimbursed, but brand new beach chairs, umbrellas, ironing board, iron and hair dryer was purchased and sent to our condo. Thank you Ortega. “My husband and I definitely enjoyed our stay. Rock was a most gracious host. Any questions we had, he was there to answer and he was able to provide any extras we needed. He also suggested places to eat and supermarkets close by, he had us covered. The house was clean, quiet and comfortable, not too far from anything on the island.
