“loved this property, secluded, quiet. Had everything we needed, coffee makers, utensils, washer/dryer, outdoor fire pit, to name a few. a couple of miles of the main road, but very scenic. Only negative, (and wasn't really a negative), the road to Harpers Ferry was out, had to use detour, and extra 20 minute drive, but was a beautiful detour drive!”

“So I had to book a place big enough for a large family last minute and found this property and let me tell you this property was spacious and breathtaking! Had a everything we needed for a home away from home! The fridge and stove were a dream! The plus was having washer/dryer access, hot tub and a massage chair! Oh and the tower!! The view from the deck was beautiful but from the tower was just amazing! Will definitely be coming back especially once the pool is built!”

“Quiet, picturesque Nice porch and breakfast area. Very convenient to make short trips to Harper's Ferry, Leesburg, and Bluemont as well as Waterford. OLGA IS GREAT! she's cooks the breakfast, caretakes the property, etc”

“This was a lovely place to stay in Charles Town and Harpers Ferry area. This B&B was wonderful and our host were graceful and accommodating to our specific needs. Can't wait to go back!”

“Beautiful property, beautiful farm and great old House. Farm store right next by was great also. However, no TV in our room and the TV downstairs wasn’t working, also no WiFi at all. I understand getting away from it all in the beautiful country, but to have no internet was disappointing. The breakfast was made and left in fridge before we arrived. It was a tasty plate of cold cuts, fruit , cheeses. A nice hot breakfast featuring eggs and meats from their farm would have been a lot more fun. ……

“Always a nice place to stay. Close and convenient to shopping and restaurants, yet quiet. Wish the pillows were a bit firmer. Otherwise, great place and will definitely be back when in Martinsburg again!”

“Beautiful gardens, friendly staff, great breakfast. But dirty rooms. Found toothpaste stains on bathroom sink and 3 contact lenses and lots of hair on carpet. ”

“A great hotel for our family stay. We really enjoyed the pool. The only down side was that the breakfast only had a few choices, but everyone in the family at least found one thing they liked. We could stay here again. The downsides with the hotel was that the room lacked shampo and shower gel, we had to ask in the reception for that. And that the breakfast was served on plastic one time use things, it’s not sustainable to keep doing that for a big chain like Hilton. ”

“Everything was great except for the desk attendant who did not understand much english and had to continue to go get someone to help answer questions which made it inconvenient. Beyond that it was a great stay at a good property”
