「The hotel is generally quite good. The main advantage is its great location, which is very convenient. The check-in waiting time was a bit long. I had booked a room and breakfast online, and it took a long time for the entrance staff to verify my reservation before guiding me to my seat at breakfast, which was quite embarrassing. The Black security guard at the hotel entrance was very kind and helpful, assisting me in finding an Uber that had gone to the wrong location.」

「This hotel site is very convenient for Fallas Love Field and not so far from DFW. It a nice facility, I will say it could use some TLC in areas, but overall our stay was comfortable. The staff was lovely! The breakfast was very nice with lots of options including made-to-order eggs. We recommend. 」

「We were greeted and felt welcome, the reception desk is prompt to help your needs, very lovely employees. The rooms are neat and clean, the smell is refreshing.」

「The hotel is pretty awesome. The staff is friendly and the amenities are great. The rooms are clean and modern-the only downsides are the beds are a little hard, the pull out sofa bed is pretty rough to sleep on and probably most inconvenient is the AC. The airflow is off-the “living room” area cools down just fine but the “bedroom” stays quite a few degrees hotter. 」
