「The cooling system in the room was very loud. Kept me awake. Sheets were scratchy, not what one would expect from a luxury brand hotel. Beautiful spotlessly clean. Overall, update the rooms.」

「Great for an allergic person as there are hard surface floors in the rooms, which are somewhat spartan but well designed with lots of outlets, good lighting including a nightlight in the bathroom. Electronic keys for the rooms worked fine. My only concern would be for personal security if I were alone as the doors to the lobby open automatically for anyone and you can gain access to the elevator without passing through the main lobby. I would stay there again. The main road is noisy but the...

「I loved the spacious feel of the room with Japanese screen doors. It was light and airy. The bed was sumptuous. The decor throughout is a mix of sleek and rustic. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved this hotel!」

「I had a room on the bottom floor and loved the screen door and flowers outside. Such a nice touch. The staff, especially Donna were so helpful and amazing! I thought breakfast came with the room, and was surprised when it didn't, so I didn't get it. I loved all the tables and seating areas to be able to meet with our team.」
