「We loved being right on the crystal waters of Toby Creek. The Riverbend units are beautiful. They're rustic and luxurious at the same time. Our kids loved their twin beds and large TV. They liked telling us we couldn't use their private bathroom. We enjoyed playing games we borrowed from the Embarc lounge by the fire and sneaking off to the nearby hot tub for an evening soak. 「The town and services are just on the other side of the river. Located just 2 miles down a well kept, dirt road, the lodge is secluded and quiet. Beautiful lodge with a grand open area with fireplace and sitting rooms. Breakfast was self serve and abundant. Very clean, everyone is asked to remove your shoes before entering the lodge, with slippers available. Definately recommend!」

「We booked a studio flat with full kitchen. Hotel room was huge and the kitchen got everything you need. The spa facilities are very good with several hot tubs that you can dip into. But just tubs are a bit crowded. We were happy with the hotel itself but just the location was a bit too far....we drove from Jasper to this hotel, it took us forever to reach there. And after Banff and Jasper, you would find Kootenay a big disappointment in scenery. Making the drive to Panorama not worth it. But...
