“Homeless people hanging out at the Sheetz which is in the same parking lot as the hotel and also people in the gas station blasting music at 4am. Hotel was fine, no issues, decent breakfast, nice staff. ”

“The staff didn’t have a smile face and had no patience to answer customer’s questions. We booked 3 persons’ room, but only had 2 persons stuff(cup, towel etc) in the room. The hotel service is not good. Only I appreciated the Starbucks staff had a smile face and serviced us well.”

“Lobby is nicely decorated. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious. The pillow was too soft though.”

“Hotel staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed the convenience of the hotel to the highway. We were originally scheduled in an Air BNB downtown Jim Thorpe but due to a snafu somewhere along the lines our stay was cancelled and we were grateful this hotel had a room for us on race weekend. The breakfast was good but staff was accommodating and extremely friendly. ”

“Our room had a large hole ripped in the carpet, gray stain on the ceiling and scratches on the door from what appeared as a large breed dog had been scratching at the door! the room was noisy due to being near the interstate. The staff was friendly and the facility was very clean! The common room in the lobby was very aesthetically appealing!!!”

“--THIS HOTEL IS NEWLY RENOVATED & IT IS VERY NICE. I STAYED A LITTLE OVER A WEEK & THEY WERE CONSISTENT WITH THE CLEANING OF THE ROOMS & THE COMMON AREAS. --THE MANAGER, TANYA, WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, COMPETENT, & FRIENDLY. SHE WORKED THE FRONT DESK SOMETIMES. I HAD A FEW PERSONAL ISSUES & SHE HELPED ME WITH THEM, & SHE ALWAYS HAD A SMILE. --I WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN.”

“The staff is very friendly and helpful and the property is well maintained. The only issue is that the walls and doors are "thin" in the sense they don't provide adequate sound insulation. I had two rooms during my stay and they both could have used better sound insulation. Not a show-stopper but not five-star either. ”

“Welcoming, informative staff at front desk. Good bedside reading lamps. The hotel provides only single use plastic cutlery and plastic wrapped cups, as well as single use creamer, jam etc. Each guest eating breakfast creates a pile of landfill garbage.”
