Divyaa at the front desk who is very concerning and willing to help. When knowing I have a long flight in the evening she gave a late check out, so i could have a refreshment before flying. 「There was an initial problem with the room as we booked a double room but ours had two singles. The staff went out of their way to fix the problem and treated us to two complimentary drinks, which wasn't necessary but it showed how much they valued our custom. The room and hotel in general was spotless, the food was good and everyone was pleasant and very professional.」

「Wir haben gerade 5 Nächte hier verbraucht und die Zeit wirklich genossen. Das Zimmer und das Bad waren groß und sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt. Alle wichtigen Orte der Innenstadt sind problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen. Schon 5 Minuten um das Hotel herum gibt es unzählige Pubs, Restaurants und Geschäfte. Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonderen Dank an Christian, der uns bei allen Belangen super beraten hat. Auch das Frühstück ist zu empfehlen. Einem muss dabei...
