"酒店很新, 設備很好, 但內部溝通真的有很大問題, 本人是1個月前在智遊網付全款訂了五個房間, 到入住當天登記時, 酒店前台服務員告知完全没有訂房紀錄, 找了大半天才發現是訂房部收到訂單但没有通知前台, 這是一般酒店不會發生的錯誤; 另外, 第二天是星期天, 一大清早8:00就開始一直鑽牆, 打電話去前台投訴, 也要等上半小時才停工, 如果有裝修工程應該預先通知住客, 而且也不應該在星期天早上進行, 真的難以接受"

"No one at the front desk spoke English. It was a good thing there was a man who spoke broken English who was checking out so he could help me. The shuttle service also has zero markings on it to make you know if you're getting onto the right bus or not and the driver didn't speak English either so I had to guess that it was the right bus after standing around for an hour waiting for it.
