"Friendly staff and room is clean. "

"My 2nd. stay in 1 week. Room, check in, and staff are very good. You just need to make sure your driver knows where reception is as its part of a shopping centre and not on the main Road. I would say the downside is there is no bar and once you check out your out, no where to sit. But there are plenty of good eating places right across the road and it's attached to a mall so coffee shops are nearby. Breakfast is good, concierge is helpful and they do store your bags. Both rooms I stayed in were excellent."

"The hotel is located in a very central area however it's way to busy than we would like. The amount of crowd is overwhelming. It's not the easiest spot to be drop off by hired cars or taxi. Often times we had to be dropped off by the side of a very busy street. The room is very spacious and clean but definitely dated. "
