“I have wanted to stay at The Lorenzo for years and I finally had a reason, so we booked it! When we arrived the hotel had no power. This was nothing they had control over, but it was disappointing after a long drive to have to drive around Dallas for a couple more hours waiting for the power to return. “All was great, just the front desk needs someone with a smile. The lady at the front desk was upset, when I asked for the oatmeal to be replenished since there was none left. She stated that breakfast was served until 9am, it was 8:58am when I approached her at the front desk. I had been waiting 15 min for someone in the breakfast area. Your website states breakfast served until 10am CST. ”

“We were in town for an event at the convention center, which is a very close walk. The room and lobby and bathroom was very clean and all the staff were kind. The only downside was the wifi didnt work well, to the point I called for assistance. That person was also very kind and patient and fixed the problem... but the fix only worked for 2 hours and i couldn't get it working again. Be aware that the area isn't great, there is a large homeless population. Most dining options are towards the……
