“Lived the staff- obviously well- trained. The hapog hour and drink coupons were a wonderful bonus. Loved the proximity to the Old Narket. Ever so convenient!”

“Our daughter’s wedding was held at the venue right next to the Element hotel. The convenience of the location to the venue was great! The availability of rooms, the type of rooms, the lack of controlling your room temperature, the fact that our rooms did not get cleaned or fresh towels offered daily, and the inconvenience of the parking garage bar code scanner were my least favorite parts of my stay here. After all, our friends and family brought business to this hotel for the wedding and not……

“Didn't have towels, conditioner, lotion or hair dryer. Phone didnt work to call front desk. Had to go get the towels. Hair dryer had to be located and was to be brought to the room...front desk forgot what room # so never received the hair dryer.”

“Breakfast was good. Had to pay for parking and if I knew I wouldn’t have booked. Also said they have a jacuzzi and pool. No Jacuzzi so that was a boo! Also indoor pool was freezing could barely get my legs in. Not good as I was looking forward to swimming. The small fridge in our room has a timer in it so it was off and over night I turned off not keeping items cold as it should. Bad feature and not first friendly. Everything else was fine.”

“Sound travels very well. Was able to hear people in hallway and elevator all night. It is also impossible to use the toilet in the room without waking anyone else in the room up. As there is no bathroom door.”
