“This is my "Go to" when flying out of Phoenix Sky Harbor. It is right across the street from Pre-flight parking garage with shuttle to the airport. With regard to dining, the do have a limited menu you can order food from at the lobby bar. Food is good but it's not a sit down. You can take back to the room or eat in the lobby area which is nice.”

“The location is convenient, staff are friendly and helpful. How the AC unit is kind of loud inside the room and I couldn't completely turn it off with the control panel on the wall. ”

“The male staff when we checked in was very kind. The room had been renovated several years ago and was very clean. It was also spacious and easy to use. Breakfast is included,but it's a simple meal.”

“The resort was very relaxing . Stayed around the smaller pool, which our room backed onto, Because it was very intimate. Rooms were clean, Surroundings were nicely landscaped. Just a great stay.”

“I would have given 5 stars, except: At time of reservation, which was many weeks in advance, I specifically requested not to be placed on the first floor. I got a “noted” response from Embassy Suites. When I went to check in, guess where our room was going to be? You guessed it, first floor! It was changed, but the person doing it acted like it was a Herculean task. Maybe if my original request had been processed? That being said, props to housekeeping. Our room was clean as a whistle.
