“Hotel was great; we had an upgraded room in the tower; very clean & new. Everyone was friendly & nice & helpful. Alisa, the bartender, was so fun!! Close to Broadway & Painters Alley.”

“Breakfast was delish & staff there lovely; the kick back happy hour, drinks & popcorn a bonus. We generally made outside dinner reservations to see more of Nashville but could have easily ate a full meal here. Lovely lobby & clean, spacious rooms. ”

“Close to downtown, not far from The Gulch, a lot bars across the street for a quick lunch or drink. The room was very clean and the pool was very nice. The only downside to the room was the door had a lot of gaps where bugs can come inside and someone can break in if he/she wanted to. I find the front desk people were standoffish. ”

“We drove in from Texas and was extremely tired. We wanted a place with valet parking and a restaurant on site so we didn't have to leave. We weren't able to do any site seeing on this stay. But the place is beautiful, easy to access, the beds were amazingly comfortable. The staff was friendly to these old weary hillbillies and we were grateful for the wonderful nights rest.”

“This would be a fabulous place to stay if the common areas were clean. Hallways were not vacuumed, rubber inappropriate “toys” were left on the edges of photo frames, lobby needed swept. Left me feeling “icky” and not wanting to even touch the elevator buttons.”

“They do charge for parking, which was not communicated at booking. The location is modern and the stay was sufficient for my family. The TV’s are pretty good for streaming and HDMI works if you bring your own cables. ”
