“Great clean hotel ”

“We made a reservation with this hotel through Expedia and when we arrived they claimed our booking was cancelled. We didn't get any notification of this and it was past 10:00pm. I called earlier in the day to confirm our booking. We later found out an employee working earlier in the day attempted to charge our card (unauthorized) and check us in before we arrived. We reserved a book now pay at the property room. The night shift worker was very helpful with at least recommending another hotel……

“The property is nice, great location to walk for dinner. All the staff we encountered were pleasant and helpful. This is our second time staying here, perfect hotel for our travels to VA.”

“We had stayed at this property previously. At that time it was in need of some TLC. This stay, however, the property and staff were definitely much better. I do recommend that you keep your doors locked. Kelly, the general manager, opened the door to my husbands room after 9:00 P.M, and told him that he needed……

“Gorgeous room. Very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and breakfast was great.”

“The staff was very welcoming and courteous. I found no problems with parking. The room was spacious and clean. Bathroom had an actual fan, which I found other hotels did not and the mirror got steamed up. Breakfast had a nice selection of items such as eggs, bacon or sausage, toast, bagels, croissants Waffle maker, fruit muffins m, cereal. Machine with varieties of juices and another very very good coffee. I had a very pleasant stay and recommend this place and would definitely stay there……

“Very clean room Staff was grate. Breakfast was grate other then getting charge 2 time for one Breakfast told this staff that I calt it that night . He was very nice he gave me a coffee I told him it was the girl that worked the day before. He told me to call my bank and they will take care of it. Me and my husband in joyed every thing. Grate place love it.”

“The first room I was in was horrible. It had mold, mildew, and all whatever complained about it and no one done anything. unfortunately, I had to rebook the room that’s when they put me in a different room. TV no telephone or air-conditioning work in either rooms.. on top of all that someone stole my tennis shoes, white Reebok”

“Room was clean breakfast was good fresh. They had the pool closed which coulda been posted on website when booking we stayed for an indoor pool to find out it was closed upon arrival ”

“Great location! Quick check in and check out! Clean premises and rooms. Rooms are up to date. Our bed mattress was a bit firmer than we are use to. We would stay here again if in the area.”
