「The Garden room had very comfortable bed and pillows, and nice towels, a TV and small Fridge. View of river, with deck was nice. The building is old...older than it looks in pictures. Some of the furnishing in room looked pretty garage sale like. Room is small. Toilet is small and low. 2 sinks were nice, and standup shower, no bath. One thing that bothered me is that there was no sheet to protect touch from quilt. 」

「Stellar service, staff, and atmosphere. Extended stay cuz it was soooo good. Older facilities, but clean and accessible. Card only (that’s rt, NO CASH. Other than tips) was a bit inconvenient, but they do provide conversion machines cash to card. Can’t wait to come back in snow season. 」

「Very clean, very nice location. I booked the Adams cottage for 1 night. I attended a conference at the Garland Resort on May 9 & 10. I paid $140 plus tax for a total of $159.29. Terms and conditions said there could be additional fees for missing items, extra than normal cleaning, pets, etc. I was there one night, used one face cloth and one towel. I didn't use the stove or grill. I placed my trash and 2 recycle bottles in the containers on the porch when I left. I was charged another $111.32...

「Upon arrival, and AFTER check-in, we were informed that that the ski facilities and onsite restaurant would be closed during our stay. Despite efforts by Hotels.com to assist, we were unable to receive any refund...even after only staying one of the two nights. Long story short, when booking with this resort, make sure that amenities (such as dining) and that facilities (such as skiing) will be available.」
