「The reason why I didn’t give them a 5 star is because I paid for a king size room and they put me in a double bed room and told me that they didn’t have any more king rooms available! I want what I paid for!! Other than that everything is was great!」

「The room was clean and organized and the staff were very professional great service」

「The cleaning staff were very courteous.」

「The hotel its self is fine for a few night stay I personally wouldnt stay more than 2 or 3 nights. The resort across the street has a beautiful pool that your able to use and you can get breakfast and lunch over there as well but no dinner the restaurant closes at 3pm. And there is no restaurants close by to have dinner. I did hear you could take a ferri to port lucaya and have dinner but when I was looking for the ferri it wasnt available. I was there in the beginning of October and not...

「We were concerned about the reservation not being cancelled and called on (2) occasions. Both Front Desk or Call Center agents were so helpful, patient and provided excellent customer service, I'm so sorry I don't recall their names now. Otherwise, the stay was wonderful and I would definitely recommend to others.」

「主要服务员以及前台服务态度太差！带有种族歧视很严重」

「Overall satisfied and it felt like home」

「I should have known my experience would be bad, when it took 2.5 hours to get my food from the restaurant at the resort. The facilities were outdated and many of the appliances were rusted. The weight room was small with equipment not maintained. One treadmill had a broken screen and the other had a loose belt. Requests were treated as an inconvenience. It took hours to get towels replaced. I did not have WiFi in my room my entire stay. The first day I notified staff, I was told “all rooms have...

「Room was great! Drains drained in shower and sink. Low water pressure 😔」

「I had an excellent experience at the Coral Beach Condominiums and would highly recommend it to others.」

「The stay at Mrs. Doris' Ocean Pearl was wonderful. The cable was out in the room and the water went out the first day, but those were both beyond the hotel's control. Mrs. Doris was absolutely wonderful and was extremely accommodating. This is the perfect destination for those looking to get away from the world and slow down. Go visit Bishop next door and be sure to order the Crack Conch Dinner in the Ocean Peal kitchen.」

「Great place. Literally off grid- no:internet, phones limited to local only, after snorkelers leave for the day you literally are alone( except a grounds keeper who lives there)there is no one for miles Closest place to Stuart Coves Tiger shark dives without playing three times more at old Bahama bay. this is a cabin on the beach with fantastic snorkeling, sunsets, and starry nights. Only caution is the noseeums- TAKE A BUG REPELLENT.」

「Great stay Staff were very accommodating and friendly !!! So soon after the hurricane there was a lot of trash and debris. But cottage was perfect! I would definitely recommend Bootle bay ! Private beach right in front of cottage views where unbelievable. 」

「Amazing hospitality shown by Eric, Dino and Erica. Loved the accommodations. Great stay!! 」
