“Great hotel for the price. They’re turning the outdoor pool into a patio, and they’ve removed the in-room coffee makers (both still advertised on their IHG website), but great location and nice staff plus good breakfast!”

“Hôtel is outdated and getting tired. The door had a crack all the way around, not allowing a full seal. It was quite loud at night with college kids yelling running around.”

“We have been coming for years and always have an amazing stay. This time was excellent as usual!! The staff is amazing and super helpful. Balcony room with a pool view is always our favorite. Our room was perfect and the pool is always clean and heated. The provided towels and the pool bar are the reasons we love hanging out there. Great food and drinks!! Amazing girls working. We were there during the heat wave and spent 4 days by the pool!!! One of the manager brought us cookies at the pool ……

“The place smelled heavily of marijuana. On check in I had to provide my card because I chose the pay at the hotel option. I was in a rush to register so I didn’t pick up on the fact that I didn’t get a receipt. On check out I just handed my cards in and was told I was all set. As I pulled into the road I got a charge for an additional $20 to my credit card. Checking my credit card transactions, I was charged $20 extra on my original reservation. “I was working over in Richmond on a project. This was just a place to sleep. The hotel is obviously old and could use some refreshing but other than that it was fine. It gets noisy at night however, as it would appear maybe some parties of people are all pitching in on a room to have a get together, or get let in the back door.
