「Very characteristic hotel, trendy, simple, fashion, is my favorite hotel. It's a long way from the airport, but it's quiet. It's just credit card refunds are slow」

「This is the first time I stayed at this hotel. The staff are friendly, the rooms are spacious and hygienic, and the beds are comfortable. Next time I come to Sarasota, I will stay at this hotel~」

「Room was very clean as was all the property. Location was good, easy to find. Everyone was so polite. About the only 2 things that could be better is a more robust breakfast, bagels and a small muffin, not much there. Also the bathroom door was hard to open and close, it got stuck so had to pull hard, plus was loud. Except for those 2 things, everything else was good. 」

「Excellent in every way excep service in restaurant and housekeeping. Not in enough staff in either department. The lone bartender is also responsible for diners in the restaurant. He walked by me twice without acknowledging me. When I complained to the non-Enflish speaking bus girl, who could not take my order, he finally came over. Only one housekeeper per floir, apparently. I was out of my room 7:30a- 3p and my room had not yet been serviced. She didn't show up at all today. Front desk...
