“Very nice and personable staff. Location was perfect with the river, restaurants and shops all within a short walk. The extra touches were nice with free water, soft drinks, coffee/tea available throughout the day and free drink vouchers for drinks at the adjoining bar in the evening. Would stay again!”

“Great value for the money. Good location within Hilton Head close to main road and short drive to the beach and shopping and restaurants. Free parking and free breakfast. My room had two bathrooms, one downstairs and one upstairs. The bedroom for the loft unit is upstairs, kind of length trek up the steps with a sofa bed down stairs. There was a TV upstairs and one downstairs, a kitchen table for 4 and full refrigerator 2 pot burner and dishwasher. Also included was a balcony but insects on……

“Loved the location. The room was comfortable, with good beds and controllable air conditioning. It was easy to find, and easy to park. The only drawback is the quality of the breakfast - coffee is very important to me, and I'm annoyed that there wasn't real half-and-half or cream for coffee in the lobby. The cold offerings for breakfast were fine, with for example fruit and toast on offer, but the packaged breakfast sandwiches were not good so I had to look around to find some protein. I ended……

“We really enjoyed our stay at Staybridge! The room was very clean and the air conditioning worked really well which was definitely a plus in Savannah. The locations was perfect for walking around the city and we only had to use our car once the whole weekend. Parking was relatively easy but go ahead and plan on using the overflow parking deck on Lincoln behind the hotel. ”

“Location is near Tanger outlet and Texas Roadhouse. Staff were smiling when we arrived and checked-in smoothly. Bed was comfy. Room and T&B were clean. A little bit far from downtown Savannah. But overall, it’s a nice place to stay.”

“ Very close to airport with lots of restaurants close by. Staff were friendly and attentive and hotel was clean and updated. The only downfall was the water pressure of the shower. Not sure if it was just our room but the pressure was very low. We were only there for a night but if we were there longer, would have asked to switch rooms.”

“The facilities were a bit dated because it is a very old hotel but we loved the area and the staff was very helpful in regards to suggesting places to eat and things to see.”

“The only downside is that there is a new hotel been built next door, the street was closed and it took us almost an hour to get into the hotel. Also the view of our room was directly to the ugly construction unfinished at least we should get a discount for the view and noise”

“Took a weekend family trip to Hilton Head Island, and stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn. Check in was quick and easy, and the receptionist was professional and friendly. Got to our room, and it smelled and looked clean, however, the air in the room(124) felt damp/moist, which was also noted by my wife. Beds could have been more comfortable, but was overall satisfied with the room as a whole. My only real issue was with the hotel’s breakfast. Now I have to admit this was my fault, but when I booked……

“The location cannot be beat! Most of Savannah's historic sites are in walking distance. So are many great restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and free. Negatives: Decor is ugly and dated. Beds and pillows aren't great and the AV is noisy! ”
