“This is our second visit here. Everything mostly went well, breakfast was great. We did have an issue on the day we arrived. We came and saw a note directing us to our room, which we dropped off our luggage and grabbed our room key but then when we came back that night around 8:00 the main door was locked and we had to call to get the pass code. We never received an email or text with any instructions. I do think communication could have been better. We stayed on the first floor king room. The……
