「Well sign in was great , got to.the room and A/C had problems , they called the tech . He came to the room and worked on the unit ,it worked for about 10 minutes ,then back to front desk. Tech came out again and worked on it , it worked for about another 10 minutes, back to front desk because the phone wouldn't work . Sent tech out again , great guy, disconnected the wall unit thermostat and manually set it to the coldest setting . Lasted about 10 minutes and but that time the outside temped...

「Not at all. I came down about 9:00 am. Many of the pots were empty. The hot water is not hot to make tea. The coffee is not hot. There were no disposable plates for serving the food. Therefore, I had to nock the kitchen door so somebody can help us. Unfortunately, She was setting in the guest area rather than of helping the clients and make sure everything as it should be. When I took a shower, the water was cold about 35c, 95F. I booked this hotel hoping to swim as the website shows that there...

「We had a double king room. Was disappointed that we didn’t have a microwave in the room. I have a problem with dry eyes and need to heat up an eye compress and had to do it in the public area. Someone had made popcorn in there before I put my compress in and made it smell like burnt popcorn! I also drink tea and brought my own tea bags but had Togo downstairs to use the microwave for that all three nights of our stay.」
