“It is inconvenient to eat around, and the free breakfast is terrible. The other two meals are not served, the room has no water, the facilities are relatively old, and the bedding is old.”

“Pros: family friendly, kind staff from check in to check out. Gym was nice too. Breakfast was decent. Loved having coffee always available. Cons: Far from downtown Chicago, but not the worst. ”

“I loved the apartment feel of the property. The grill was a plus, the staff assisted with everything we needed as possible. The pool was closed but of course since it was an outdoor.”

“This is my third time staying at this location. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is seasoned to perfection. I have three things that can be approved upon: the bathroom was a little dirty and there was a used towel still hanging up, the pressure of the water was low (this could be because of the water leak they had when I checked in), and please get more suitcase carriers.”

“Convenient to airport and Arlington Heights. Dated and not as nice as most Courtyards where I have stayed but certainly adequate. ”

“Hotel was clean convenient and comfortable.”

“The hotel is in the midst of refurbishing. So it’s noisy. Cutting tiles for the floors, working in the rooms all around. Our no smoking room smelled like a smoking room. Never could get the smell to go away. Should be nice when it’s done. ”
