“Están arreglando aún el lugar así q hay un poco de ruido de taladros y martillazos pero se quitará algún día fuera de eso está muy bien”

“Desde que llegué fue un infierno mi estancia en el hotel cristal, no me dieron la habitación que había reservado. Me dieron una con vista a la montaña. En lugar de vista al mar me dieron dos camas matrimoniales en lugar de una King size estuve sin aire acondicionado, los tres días nunca me resolvieron nada le dieron un talón a mi coche y tampoco me resolvieron nada en el mostrador. Nunca atendían pasaban un montón de tiempo para que tomaran la llamada, definitivamente no regreso”

“Todo estuvo muy bien, habitacion limpia albercas limpias el personal muy amables y el buffet estuvo genial siempre encontrábamos comida diferente y sobre todo rico”

“Staff is super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are comfortable but not much lighting, they have a lamp but it didn’t work in our room or my parents’. They only proved one towel per guest, bath mat, and hand towel. Basic shampoo, conditioner, and body soap and lotion. Check in was super quick and as expected. One of the best room service I have had, food was really good and warm! Most places food is cold and hard. It will get crowded on weekends but staff kept up. They work really hard! The……
