“It was an overall great stay. I was glad there was a restaurant in the hotel, that was very convenient since it stormed our first night there. I liked that it was located close to everything. ”

Rooms were clean, staff was very courtesy & nice. If I ever need a nice place to stay ANY TIME I'm in the Charlotte area ,this is where I'm staying. ”

“I appreciate it my stay at the courtyard for the fact that the people of the staff were very polite helpful and kind. The cleaning staff was very careful and polite when communicating with the people in the room for any of their needs or for cleaning and the room was very clean and comfortable. This was the first time that I accepted a room near the elevator because the elevator was very silent and not noisy as I have noted in other hotels where I had to move my room. All in all my stay was good……

“It was fine overall… We had a one bedroom room, so that was pretty nice. Although the pullout sofa bed was not the most comfortable thing in the world. Breakfast was nice. Pretty inconvenient parking situation and our piece of paper we used to get out didn’t work so we had to park and go all the way back through the maze to get into the hotel lobby again… Really not the greatest set up especially when something goes wrong :-(”

“I forgot the name of the lady who was working when I arrived late Tuesday, 5/14, but she was very sweet and helpful. So was the lady who worked that night on the shuttle, who picked us up at the airport. Both ladies made a very good first impression considering how tired we were from our travels. Room was nice and clean. Breakfast was good, too. ”
