「Everything about my stay was absolutely terrible. Upon checking in and getting into my room, I discovered the inside of my room was more humid than it was outside. The thermostat showed that it was 70% humidity, but it was certainly much more being as I’m a general contractor. The room was also very filthy. 「I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.」
