“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“Biscuits were hard as a rock . Snacks are way to expensive when u have a convenient store right around the corner. Room was very clean and nice maintenance work and paint touch ups are needed especially for a 150 night stay. Room only had one tiny tv usually in a suite we get two tvs. Or at least a very large tv.... Elevator needs maintenance it was very slow and glitchy.. your staff is really nice though so that is a plus .. but we probley won't stay at this location for that price with only……

The pull out bed dropped a 1/4 cup of food when we opened it & there was popcorn on the floor around it when we entered the room. The ceiling above the shower was water damaged & falling in. There were only 2 towels when we booked with 5 guests, I tried calling the front desk & got no answer, I tried calling housekeeping and still no answer(the wonderful lady at front desk helped me by getting more towels when I……

“The room was a complete disaster and that I had luckily brough Clorox, wipe and other cleaning supplies! I have pics of it it was so nasty!!! There were people all night freaking out it was crazy crazy crazy! Don’t ever stay there idc if u have to sleep I. Your car it’d be better than that place. The door had Been kicked in so I kept my pistol on me all night ! cause of what a mad house out there it was!! Don’t ever stay there is you wanna feel Safe and clean!!”
