“I booked a twin room for two nights, but the staff thought I was staying alone and changed it to a king-size room. The hotel did not provide room cleaning service, the shower head in the bathroom suddenly became smaller when I was taking a shower, the hot water was not sufficient, and my deposit was not returned to me.”

“Biscuits were hard as a rock . Snacks are way to expensive when u have a convenient store right around the corner. Room was very clean and nice maintenance work and paint touch ups are needed especially for a 150 night stay. Room only had one tiny tv usually in a suite we get two tvs. Or at least a very large tv.... Elevator needs maintenance it was very slow and glitchy.. your staff is really nice though so that is a plus .. but we probley won't stay at this location for that price with only……

“Clean rooms very accommodating staff! Chose to stay an extra night after not being able to visit Geronimo’s grave we decided to walk Holy city and a few museums that are not on the base. Highly recommended. ”

“The reason for staying at a casino is to be able to play in the casino. We had a large group and everyone (12 peaople) was unable to play longer than 30 minutes. Very disappointing. The bar rates and the food costs were not afforable.for what you get for the cost either.”
